Our new service "Matchmaking & Business Dating" enables visitors to publish their own profile. The advantage for you as an exhibitor: You can find visitors based on their interests, contact goals or other criteria, arrange appointments with them, and get in touch via video call.

List your experts and contact persons on all pages of your digital presence and talk with your visitors easily via video call. New appointment scheduling options, including a convenient calendar function, are available for this purpose.

Each exhibitor pass entitles you to register and publish your contact persons on the website with a code provided – with all dialog options.

Publishing your contact persons

  • Hybrid Participation:
    Exhibitor passes depending on the size of the exhibit area for booth personnel plus 3 additional exhibitor passes in the digital package

  • Digital-Only Participation:
    3 exhibitor passes for digital contact persons on the platform

Would you like to optimise your digital presence and book additional services?

Exhibitors who comply with European data protection requirements can book qualified leads via the Exhibitor Shop.

After generating the contacts for you, we use an internal scoring system to rank them according to how strong the interest in your offer is. 
In doing so, we place special focus on your products.

Those who have already made contact with you via the platform will be treated as an "added contact" and provided to you as a supplement and free of charge!
Of course, we only consider people who have agreed to their data being passed on.

Each authorised* exhibitor or co-exhibitor can book any number of identified leads via the Exhibitor Shop.


  • Leads that are more relevant to you will be delivered to you first
  • The leads are available for retrieval in the Exhibitor Shop until 8 weeks after the end of the event.
  • Per retrieved lead:
    For hybrid exhibitors: 40.00 EUR
    For purely digital exhibitors: 50.00 EUR

Conference and exhibitor streaming are presented and promoted equally. By limiting the parallel streaming channels and slots per exhibitor, we increase attention and the chance of more views.

Do you have an exciting topic (not a product presentation) that you would like to present on one of our Conference Stages (e.g. with a best practice, as a talk, expert panel, or lecture)?

You can either submit your contribution in the Call for Papers from 15 February and apply for one of the limited slots free of charge. Optionally, attractive partner packages are available to you afterwards to expand your visibility (subject to a fee). Or you can secure one of our popular packages including a conference slot and book a slot with guaranteed performance on the stage of your choice, including various advertising services - first come, first serve.
