Fees from (construction) inspections may be incurred, which as a rule only arise in the context of an application for a construction permit.
Constructions subject to approval
To be submitted to Technical Event Management for review/approval:
- Stand designs from a stand space of 100m² or more
- multi-storey stand constructions
- Special constructions
- Exhibits over 6,50m height
- outdoor structures: mobile stands, tents, containers
Required documents:
Your stand design drawings must include the following information:
- Email subject line: Event, exhibitor, hall, stand #
- Dimensioned floor plans, elevations, and, if applicable, machine location details, special structure(s) and other relevant materials
- One PDF file attachment containing all necessary pages, maximum size of 12 MB
- To upload your stand construction plan, please click "ADD TO BASKET". In the next step, you can upload your stand construction plan with just a few details.
