Car parking permit

General
Parking facilities are located at the perimeter of the Exhibition Grounds; during the event, they are operated by the Gesellschaft für Verkehrsförderung (GfV). You can order full-event parking permits in advance. Users of our parking facilities do so at their own risk.
Be sure to display your full-event parking permit visibly on the inside of your windshield (windscreen).

Many of our outdoor parking facilities and all of our multistory car parks are equipped with mechanical exit gates. To open the exit barrier when leaving the car park, please use the QR code which you can find on your exhibitor full-event parking permit (in the top right-hand corner).This authorizes the repeated opening of the exit barrier. Full-event parking permits will be sent to exhibitors by delivery note up to 14 days before the start of the event. After this time, you can pick up your full-event parking permits directly in the Exhibitor Service Center (ASC) upon presentation of appropriate legitimization.

You may return unneeded parking permits to GfV for a refund,but no later than March 30, 2025
(the last day of setup).

Validity
Deutsche Messe operates the parking facilities shown on the car park map through the office of GfV. Full-event parking permits issued by GfV are not valid at the following independently run car parks: "Ost 3" and "Süd/Dr. Laves/Wald".
Exhibition parking facilities are segregated by vehicle type, for example, passenger cars, buses, trucks, or mobile homes and caravans (RVs). Please be sure to use the right car park(s) for your category of vehicle.

No advertising
It is prohibited to leave/park trucks, mobile homes or vehicles with advertising structures on the parking areas designated for cars. Any vehicles parked in violation of this regulation will be towed away at the owner's expense.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are net prices plus statutory VAT.

Only the prices shown on the order form or order screen on the day of the order apply. These are also listed in the confirmation of receipt of the order, which the exhibitor automatically receives immediately after placing his order.

Invoicing
Invoicing for mailed full-event parking permits is carried out by Deutsche Messe.
