Good to know: you can easily maintain and publish your online presence via the Exhibitor Content Manager (ECM).

Complimentary admission tickets (mandatory registration)
You may order and use, at no extra charge, an unlimited number of complimentary eTickets that must be registered before use.

Visitor data
Registration data on your guests will be furnished starting 12 weeks before the tradeshow and usage data will be delivered about a week after the show.

Listing in a visitor information system
Availability of a visitor information system for the event, designed for visitors to query the system for general information on the trade fair and easily pinpoint details on exhibitors and products.

Market research (visitor behavior)
Upon request, delivery of key information from our visitor survey to help you optimize your marketing effort.

List of accredited journalists
A list of accredited journalists at HANNOVER MESSE who have agreed to their data being shared. This is therefore not a complete list of accredited journalists.

Cooperative visitor promotion
Deutsche Messe provides a selection of event-specific advertising materials. These can be downloaded under "Services/Additional advertising & sponsoring".

Exhibitor passes
After online activation, exhibitor passes provide convenient and fast access to the stand (between 7:00 a.m. and 7 p.m.).
Based on the confirmed basic stand area, exhibitors will be provided with the following number of exhibitor passes: 

Standard stand size of up to 19 m²:	7 exhibitor passes
Standard stand size of 20 to 29 m²:	8 exhibitor passes
Standard stand size of 30 to 49 m²:	11 exhibitor passes
Standard stand size of 50 to 99 m²:	18 exhibitor passes
Standard stand size of 100 to 199 m²:	28 exhibitor passes
Standard stand size of 200 to 499 m²:	38 exhibitor passes
Standard stand size of 500 to 999 m²:	50 exhibitor passes
Standard stand size of 1000 m² or more:	100 exhibitor passes maximum

Each co-exhibitor receives five exhibitor passes, irrespective of the size of the stand.
