In order to use the full functionality of the AddLeads APP, a stable internet connection is required. Please have a look at our exhibitor shop in the category 'Technical services and logistics – Wifi-Services' and book this optional service directly.
For 10 users, we recommend at least the Comfort package.
Furthermore, you can optionally order hardware on a rental basis.

Purchase order terms for category Lead Management – Software AddLeads
The service Lead Management - Software AddLeads, which can be ordered from Deutsche Messe, offers exhibitors or other companies / organizations / persons involved in the event (e.g. congress or forum participants, speakers, sponsors, etc., hereinafter "event participants") the opportunity to define electronic lead sheets by using a web portal and to record and manage data of stand visitors on mobile devices via app during the trade fair.
2. Hardware requirements
2.1 In order to use this service, you must order the lead management software AddLeads for the desired number of app users. This app works with a smartphone or tablet PC with Internet connection with the following operating systems:
Requirement operating system iOS or Android - current release or the previous versions. To make full use of this AddLeads-App, your mobile device must have the following hardware:
- WLAN and/or UMTS module and Internet access
- Camera to scan complimentary tickets
- Preferably a high-capacity charger
- An installed email client
2.2 Ipads or iPhones can be optionally ordered on a rental basis from Deutsche Messe. The rental is subject to the conditions listed in section 8 ff.
3. Orders
The lead management software AddLeads (plus hardware, if applicable) can be ordered via the Deutsche Messe shop. Once the order has been placed, the event participant will receive an order confirmation.
The lead management software AddLeads can only be booked before or during the event.
4. Deployment Lead Management Software AddLeads
About four weeks before the event starts, we will contact you via email at the address stated on your order form for the lead management software. Our message will contain a link to a webpage and user codes.
After logging in, you can create the number of users per your order by entering their email addresses. Each user will then receive an email message with a link to register and download the AddLeads app from the respective shop. Access to the AddLeads app is only available to registered users.
After the end of the event, the lead portal can be used for 4 weeks for evaluations and exports. After this period, the lead portal switches off automatically and all data stored there is deleted by the system.
5. Functionalities/Features of AddLeads app
The main functions of the AddLeads app are the capture and export function for imported data, the address function for sorting data by name, company, address, and e-mail address in German and English, the help function in German and English, and the questionnaire function for further capturing visitor data.
6. Visitor Data Notice
Registration for visitors is voluntary, unless the event requires all visitors and each type of admission ticket to be registered. Users of AddLeads (ordering parties) are required to process the data and information for their own use, as prescribed especially under the GDPR provisions. Hence, users shall indemnify Deutsche Messe and the event organizer against any third-party claims. Visitors cannot be forced to consent to the release of their information scanned from complimentary tickets at the turnstiles, and can deny the capturing of such data. In order to protect the personal data of registered visitors, the user is obliged to delete the data provided to him in individual cases at the request of the visitor or the organizer/Deutsche Messe. The event organizer and Deutsche Messe shall not be liable for the correctness and completeness of any data/information captured while registering visitors.
7. Malfunctions of the Lead Management software AddLeads
Complaints regarding malfunctions of the lead management software AddLeads must be reported immediately at add-leads@eventit.ag before or during the event. Initial complaints after the event can no longer be considered.
8. Delivery/Return of Rented Hardware; Liability
The hardware can be rented for the duration of the event.
Deutsche Messe's service provider will deliver the hardware at the agreed upon time on the last day of stand setup, to you/your stand against confirmation. Upon handing over the hardware, you will be instructed briefly on its use. The hardware will be picked up again from your stand on the last day of the event, against confirmation. If the delivery or retrieval of the leased goods is prevented by culpable conduct on the part of the lessee, the lessor is entitled to charge for the additional expenses incurred. The return must be made in person. If a loss arises in the event of a return organized by the lessee via third parties, the tenant shall be liable.
For damages to the rented property and losses, the lessee can be obliged to pay in the amount of the replacement value or in the amount of the repair expenses, provided that this does not exceed the replacement value.Deutsche Messe's service provider shall handle all damage or loss claims in connection with the rented hardware, whereby Deutsche Messe has assigned its right to all such claims against the event participants to its service provider.
Deutsche Messe reserves the right to claim damages from the event participants for any default/delay and/or for non-payment of the rental charge.
9. Limitation of Liability
If Deutsche Messe is liable for damage to the customer due to its own fault or the fault of its legal representatives or vicarious agents, Deutsche Messe's liability shall be limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. In cases of injury to life, limb or health and in the event of breach of material contractual obligations, Deutsche Messe shall also be liable for ordinary negligence. Material contractual obligations are obligations the fulfillment of which is essential to the proper performance of the contract and compliance with which the customer may regularly rely on. In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, liability shall be limited to the extent of the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract.
10. Final provisions
The place of jurisdiction is Hanover. The German text version is exclusively authoritative. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
Pricing terms for category Lead Management – Software AddLeads
Unless otherwise stated, prices are net prices plus statutory VAT.
Only the prices shown on the order form or order screen on the day of the order apply. These are also listed in the confirmation of receipt of the order, which the exhibitor automatically receives immediately after placing his order.
Invoicing is carried out by Deutsche Messe as part of the service charge settlement.
Cancellation terms for category Lead Management – Software AddLeads
If an exhibitor cancels his order for AddLeads software, hardware or participation in the trade fair, he must pay the full price if the access data for using Lead Management has already been sent.
