Package "Ticket and Welcome Branding”
With this comprehensive branding package, your guest will be accompanied by your brand from individually branded tickets to entry to the exhibition grounds at the “Speedy” entrance terminal. You will then automatically welcome them to fair by e-mail and, if you wish, receive a notification that your guest has arrived. That is exactly the right time to arrange a personal meeting at the stand with your desired guests!
Through your permanent brand presence, you will additionally highlight your trade show participation to your guests, boost customer loyalty, and increase the likelihood that your guest will visit you at your stand.
The package includes:
- Individual advertising space on
- the Print@Home ticket
- the Wallet ticket
- Advertising on the Speedy entry terminal (before Go-Screen)
- "Visitor Welcome": A welcoming e-mail to the visitor on the exhibitor's behalf upon admission
- "Exhibitor Notification": Admission notification to the exhibitor by e-mail
You as the exhibitor provide the data and configure the branding package in the ESC (Exhibitor Service Center).
The "Ticket and Welcome branding" package includes without quantity limit the branding of the tickets, branding on the "Speedy" entry terminal and the dispatch of welcome e-mails in your name, in each case relating to all ticket types which you have already ordered, which are sent by you after configuration of the branding service and registered by your visitors.Welcoming e-mail: The "Visitor Welcome" e-mail is sent automatically to every visitor who has registered one of your ticket codes, and enters the exhibition center.
In the ESC, you select for which of your visitors with a registered ticket you would like to receive an "Exhibitor Notification" by e-mail.
The desired tickets themselves are not part of the package. They must be booked in addition.

General purchase order process: How it works
- The branding package can be ordered in the "Tickets and branding" section of the shop. This can only be done after the tickets themselves have already been ordered.
- You navigate to the shopping cart, and complete the purchase order process there.
- Then switch to "My orders" on the dashboard.
- From there, you can access the ESC (Exhibitor Service Center) via the trusted link "Open ticket management" for the branding package.
- In the ESC, upload the necessary graphics under "Manage branding packages" in the marketing options. You will receive a preview for checking in each case.
- Once all the necessary graphics have been uploaded, the branding package will be activated for the services you have ordered.
- In the ESC, you also select for which of your visitors with a registered ticket you would like to receive an "Exhibitor Notification" by e-mail.
- Once you have fully configured your branding package, you can then invite your guests to the event with a ticket code. (Important: No branding service can be provided for any ticket codes that you send before the configuration of the branding package has been completed.)

You must create the graphics for the individual service components and upload them to the ESC.
1. Purchase order
1.1 To order a branding package, you first have to order the corresponding tickets. The legally binding purchase order for the "Ticket and Welcome Branding" branding package is placed directly with Deutsche Messe via the Deutsche Messe shop.
1.2 After ordering the branding package, the ordering party is given the opportunity to configure its contents (see GENERAL PURCHASE ORDER PROCESS).
1.3 After configuration, the ordering party can invite its customers to the event and send them the ticket links branded with its configured contents.
1.4 Ticket links that the ordering party has already sent to its customers before completing its branding configuration cannot be subsequently provided with the configured branding contents.2. Configuration of branding contents / responsibility for branding contents / Transmission of the "Visitor welcome message" by e-mail
2.1 To enable the branding contents to be configured, the ordering party shall comply with and take into account the formats listed above under Formats/specifications.
2.2 The ordering party is responsible for the content of the branding services. The ordering party shall be liable for ensuring that the branding services that it orders comply with the applicable statutory provisions, are free from third-party rights, and that it holds all the rights required for publication. In this respect, the ordering party indemnifies Deutsche Messe against any claims asserted by third parties on the basis of the branding contents provided by the ordering party and published on the tickets.
2.3 Deutsche Messe reserves the right to refuse provision of branding contents that violate legal regulations, morality or the legitimate interests of Deutsche Messe. In this case, no claims for compensation can be asserted against Deutsche Messe.
2.4 Upon entering the event, visitors of the exhibitor will receive the "Visitor welcome message" by e-mail on the exhibitor's behalf.
3. Limitation of Deutsche Messe's liability
3.1 Deutsche Messe shall be liable in accordance with the statutory provisions for losses resulting from injury to life, limb or health, as well as for losses attributable to Deutsche Messe, its legal representatives or vicarious agents, whether by deliberate action or through gross negligence.
3.2 Deutsche Messe, its legal representatives or vicarious agents shall not be liable for damages caused by slight negligence on the part of Deutsche Messe. This shall apply irrespective of the legal nature of the asserted claim, and in particular also to claims for damages on conclusion of the contract, due to other breaches of duty or due to tortious claims for compensation for property damage or other financial losses.3.3 The exclusion of liability according to 3.2 shall not apply, however, in the event of a breach of such obligations the fulfillment of which is a prerequisite for the proper performance of the contract and on the observance of which the client may regularly rely (significant contractual obligation). In this case, the liability shall be limited to such damage as may typically be expected to occur within the scope of the subject matter of the contract.
4. Place of performance/jurisdiction

5.1 Unless otherwise stated, prices are net prices plus VAT at the statutory rate.
Only the prices displayed on the purchase order form or purchase order screen on the day the purchase order is placed shall apply. The ordering party automatically receives a confirmation of receipt of the order immediately after placing his order, which also includes these details.
5.2 The obligation to pay the price for the branding package arises when the legally binding purchase order is placed in the shop in accordance with section 2.1. It applies irrespective of whether the tickets are registered or used by your guests. Once the purchase order has been placed, the ordering party will still be obliged to pay the full cost of the branding package, even if it cancels its participation in the event – unless it can demonstrate that Deutsche Messe has incurred a lower financial loss.
Deutsche Messe will issue an invoice as part of the service charge settlement.

Cancellation of the order is excluded.
