An automobile pass is for vehicles with a GVWR up to 3.5 t
A van pass is for vehicles with a GVWR over 3.5 t

General Information
Exhibitors who cater their stands themselves or who commission a catering service provider not located on the exhibition grounds to do so and have the catering delivered by car/truck require a catering pass (car or truck) to allow the service provider access to the grounds between 09:00 - 18:00 hrs.
The catering pass may only be used for catering deliveries to exhibitors, but not for passenger transport. The catering pass also do not entitle the holder to park on the event grounds. Vehicles may only be parked for loading and unloading.
The following types of catering passes are available:
- Catering Pass for an automobile (GVWR up to 3.5t) valid for the entire event duration
- Catering Pass for a van (GVWR over 3.5t) valid for the entire event duration
- Catering Day Pass for an automobile (GVWR up to 3.5t)
- Catering Day Passes for vans (GVWR over to 3.5t)
Catering Passes that are ordered at least seven days before the event starts, will be mailed. After that, passes can be picked up directly in the Exhibitor Service Center upon presentation of proper authorization.
Supplementary conditions
The vehicle’s license plate number must be entered clearly on the pass; changes thereto are not permitted. The pass must be attached to the inside of the windshield, where it is clearly visible.
The provisions of the Road Traffic Regulations apply throughout the exhibition grounds; the maximum permitted speed is 20 km/h.
Please avoid hindering the flow of visitors. Use the ring roads behind the halls to avoid crossing the exhibition grounds and/or walkways.
Pedestrians have the right of way.
Validity
Catering entry tickets are valid for entry to the exhibition grounds between 09:00 - 18:00 during the respective event. A distinction is made between daily entry tickets and entry tickets for the entire duration of the event.
Price conditions for the category catering entry tickets
Prices, unless otherwise stated, are net prices in euros plus VAT at the statutory rate.
Invoicing
The catering Pass sent to you will be invoiced by Deutsche Messe as part of the ancillary costs settlement.
