Speed Dating sessions give participating exhibitors the opportunity to meet multiple visitors in quick, one-on-one conversations – to introduce them to the exhibitor’s solutions, invite them to the stand, or arrange a follow-up meeting.

The aim behind the Speed Dating format is to give participating exhibitors additional opportunities to engage with visitors.

Price per session (60-75 min.): EUR 479.00

Services provided by Deutsche Messe:

Specification of services:

1. One spot at a table for two (one exhibitor and one visitor) for a series of brief meetings with multiple visitors over a total session time of 60–75 minutes. (Date and location determined by Deutsche Messe).
2. Participant management: Registered visitors of HANNOVER MESSE 2026 will be notified by HANNOVER MESSE about the interactive formats (Round Tables, Masterclasses, Speed Dating sessions, Dynamic Tours) via various marketing campaigns approximately 4 weeks before the event.
   Registered visitors can use the website or app to view available Speed Dating sessions and sign up at no cost for one or more of an exhibitor's sessions.
   On-site, the visitor will be checked in for his/her specific session by HANNOVER MESSE.
3. A moderated signal will indicate when a new visitor arrives at the exhibitor's table.
4. The email addresses and further information (name, job title, name of company/institution) of all participants (including the walk-ins) will be made available to the exhibitor after the event.
5. Promotional activities:
   Promotion via the official HANNOVER MESSE conference program. In addition, Deutsche Messe will promote the Speed Dating sessions – potentially alongside other formats like Masterclasses, Round Tables, and Dynamic Tours – through the following channels: e-mails sent by HANNOVER MESSE to registered visitors, HANNOVER MESSE's social media channels, visitor newsletters, and press releases.

Deutsche Messe aims to support exhibitors in their search for innovations and networking through a variety of formats.

The Speed Dating format gives exhibitors the opportunity to meet multiple visitors in quick, consecutive one-on-one topic-specific dialogs (one visitor with one exhibitor) during 60–75-minute sessions in the Solution Lab at HANNOVER MESSE. The format thus offers the opportunity to identify mutual interest in specific topics and, if interested, invite further contact.

The following Purchase Order Terms for Speed Dating at HANNOVER MESSE 2026 apply to registration for topic-specific sessions of the Speed dating participation format. By submitting the order in the HANNOVER MESSE shop, the purchaser legally acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions in full.

1. Ordering
Sessions of the "Speed Dating" participation format are available for booking by all exhibitors. Registering for multiple sessions is explicitly encouraged. In the shop's booking form, the exhibitor selects the sessions they wish to take part in (constituting a binding order).

2. The specific scope of services for participation in a session is defined by the service description in the online shop. Deutsche Messe explicitly points out that it cannot guarantee a specific number of visitor participants for any booked Speed Dating session.

3. Prices
Each session for which participation is confirmed is subject to the prices quoted in the shop. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are net prices and subject to statutory VAT. Billing will be handled by Deutsche Messe as part of the ancillary costs settlement.

4. Deutsche Messe is entitled to terminate the contract if the purchaser fails to participate as an exhibitor at HANNOVER MESSE 2026 for a reason for which Deutsche Messe cannot be held responsible.
The exhibitor cannot cancel its order.

5. Please note:
The specific topic-related session for which the exhibitor has registered can only be held if it is booked by a sufficient number of exhibitors. A session will therefore be held by Deutsche Messe if a minimum of six binding exhibitor orders have been received. If this minimum is not met by the event start date, the contract for the booked session will be voided and the exhibitor will incur no costs in this respect. In such a case, Deutsche Messe shall provide the exhibitor with an equivalent interactive presentation opportunity (alternative format).

6. Supplemental terms and conditions
Unless stipulated otherwise above, the Conditions for Participation at HANNOVER MESSE 2026 shall apply supplementally. 

Cancellation terms for the HANNOVER MESSE Speed Dating category
The withdrawal from or termination of the contract by the client (exhibitor) is excluded.
